Duties: The appointee will provide support on examination matters which include the logistics of examinations, quality assurance of examination papers, checking of examination irregularities, preparing of student assessment records, issuance of awards and certificates as well as processing of examination-related applications. He/She will also provide support to various College services and events such as admission, student orientation and registration, timetabling, counter services, student enquiries, maintenance of database, general administration and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: Candidate should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree with 1 to 2 years’ experience preferably in administration in the higher education or continuing education sector, a Bachelor’s degree holder will be an advantage. He/She should be good in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
