Duties: The appointee will handle duties related to the College’s academic affairs such as conducting learning experience survey, handling students’ enquiries and applications for course documents, processing course exemption and updating the database on College’s Credit Accumulation and Transfer. He/She will also deal with reimbursement of Continuing Education Fund and provide support on other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements: Candidate should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree with 1-2 years’ general administration experience, a Bachelor’s degree holder will be an advantage. He/She should be independent, detail-minded and able to work multi tasks at the same time and under pressure. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing are essential.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
