Our client is a top tier investment firm. They are looking for a detail-minded, fast-paced, proactive and flexible candidate who has relevant experience in supporting senior management in Financial Institutions.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management
Scheduling of meetings, conference calls, general calendar management and related logistics when required
Assist in travel arrangement
Preparation of complex meeting agenda
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation material
Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned
7-10 years of experience in supporting Senior Management in Financial Institutions
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Whilst being organized and meticulous, you would have good communication skills in order to be able to work independently as well as with team members
