Job Description

  • Provide full spectrum of admin and secretarial assistance to senior management
  • Proactive calendar management and extensive logistical coordination of conferences, events and meetings
  • Make Travel arrangements including visa coordination, process reimbursement claims and prepare expense reports
  • Assist senior management in liaising with key stakeholders and various departments for business activities and project management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 8 years executive assistant experience
  • Ability to multitask and priorities tasks with well-developed organization skills
  • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate in a constantly changing environment under tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to confidently interact with Senior Executives
  • Ability to prioritize work in a deadline intensive environment and work well under pressure
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to work with a variety of constituent groups and interact with senior executives
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
