The appointee will be required to (a) assist in programme admission, registration and related centralized exercises; (b) assist in office management, system development and maintenance, and enquiry handling; (c) coordinate admission-related functions and services; (d) support programme promotional activities and University-wide events; (e) provide secretarial support to committees and meetings; and (f) perform any other duties as assigned by supervising officers.
Applicants should have a recognized degree with good interpersonal and communication skills; be highly proficient in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and literate in MS Office and web applications. Relevant working experience in the education sector, particularly in the area of programme admission, is definitely an advantage.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
