Our client is a well-established Asset Management firm based in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for a proactive and accountable Executive Assistant to join their firm. Provide full spectrum of secretarial assistance to the Chairman
Handle office admin functions including stationery ordering, absences record as well as vendors liaison
Manage invoices including timesheet entering and account follow-up also administer petty cash
Assist in internal events including refreshment preparation and arrangement
Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned
Degree holder with Near Native command of English & Mandarin will be a great plus
Great team-player and communicator with bright and cheerful personality
6+ years of Banking and Finance background is a must
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
