Executive Assistant - Support General Manager in Hong Kong


Job Description

  • Provide full spectrum of admin and secretarial assistance to senior management
  • Proactive calendar management and extensive logistical coordination of conferences, events and meetings
  • Make Travel arrangements including visa coordination, process reimbursement claims and prepare expense reports
  • Assist senior management in liaising with various departments for business activities and project management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 3 years executive assistant experience
  • Ability to multitask and priorities tasks with well-developed organization skills
  • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to confidently interact with Senior Executives
  • Ability to prioritize work in a deadline intensive environment and work well under pressure
  • Willing to learn new things/skills
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to work with a variety of constituent groups and interact with senior executives
  • Must be fluent in English and Chinese
  • Proficient MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Candidate who has worked with Financial Institutions before is highly preferable
