Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties on all matters; provide full spectrum of high quality secretarial and executive support
  • Responsible for consolidating management proposals / reports under tight schedule
  • Work closely and effectively with C-level Officer to ensure the responsibilities of upcoming commitments are well informed; as well as determine appropriate follow-up actions accordingly
  • Prioritize and follow up on issues, tasks and new initiatives
  • Develop relationships with strategic partners, including supporting communications, meeting preparation, and negotiations in the field
  • To maintain networking and other collaboration initiatives
  • Plan and manage complex calendar / itineraries by using best judgement to assess the possible impact on priorities
  • Schedule external meetings, as well as phone and video conference with key stakeholders from all levels; handle and manage various confidential correspondences
  • Manage ad-hoc project as assigned


  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience serving senior or top management in a sizable organisation
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work and stay focused under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and demonstrate the highest level of integrity
  • Mature, attention to details, self-motivated and well-organized
  • High proficiency in MS applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs).
