This education group is looking for an Executive Assistant with outstanding language skills and high articulation to support their C-suite executive on business matters. Experience in handling extensive calendar & meeting arrangements and working in sizable organizations are highly preferred.

Client Details

Our client is an education group with years of experience providing K-12 education including international curriculum as well as a range of extracurricular activities by utilizing resources and collaborating with stakeholders. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated secretarial support to their C-suite executive.


  • Provide 1:1 secretarial support to a C-suite executive

  • Manage confidential documents and sensitive information
  • Handle extensive calendar and appointments
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (government officials/ high-profile businessmen) on meeting and conference arrangements
  • Support Directors and the team on ad-hoc administrative matters
  • Assist with personal matters when necessary
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Outstanding English and Mandarin, native in Cantonese
  • 5+ years of business support experience serving C-suite executive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Articulate, flexible and attentive to details
  • Be able to work under pressure with strong communication skills
