Executive Assistant to CEO

If you say yes to all the above, you have a strong potential to be a rockstar Executive Assistant to our CEO. In this role, you will anticipate our CEO’s needs, take ownership of her schedule, keep various business functions organised, keep her internally and externally connected so she can better focus on the business priorities at hand.


  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Facilitate staff meetings by structuring agendas, taking notes, and organizing work streams
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Manage hectic and complex calendars
  • Manage CEO’s contact database
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, as appropriate
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other senior execs and business functions
  • Organize space planning and offsite events
  • General office duties as needed
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • Ability to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness



  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support, calendar management, coordinating travel logistics and preparing expense reports to 1 or more executives in a fast-paced environment preferably in technology, media, internet or related companies
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, and at multiple levels in an organisation.
  • Experience in prioritizing multiple projects
  • Bachelor degree or above and absolute fluency in English. (Additional Chinese skills is a plus)
