  • Provide personal assistance and administrative support to Chairman; 
  • Schedule and manage Chairman’s calendar, appointments, travel and accommodation itineraries;
  • Manage all emails, written correspondences and prepare presentation materals;
  • Fully responsible for all administrative functions including office environment management, vehicle and driver management, daily office operations and renovation project follow up if any;
  • Manage, develop, manage and implement appropriate Company's strategies and action plans;
  • Organize and participate business meetings, prepare agenda and take minutes;


  • Good command of written English & Chinese;
  • min 2-3 years' working experience;
  • Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
