Job Duties:
  • Provides Administrative Support to Directors ranging from calendaring (work and personal), meeting schedules, maintaining accurate contacts database
  • Monitor, screen and respond as appropriate to director's incoming correspondence including calls, voicemail, email, and flag important and urgent items for director's attention
  • Track action items and deliverables for directors
  • Monitors deadlines and follows up on pending matters
  • Drafting and/or editing/formatting communications from directors to ensure 100% accuracy of content, spelling, and grammar
  • Composes letters and memoranda from verbal direction or knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, and functions
  • Telephone liaison, internally and externally
  • Handles filing, photocopying and incoming post
  • Handles office and kitchen supplies
  • Co-ordinator for sensitive personnel related documents
  • Other ad-hoc duties that arise on a day to day basis
