- Administrative tasks for both HK and Shenzhen based companies involved in the deal with hi Inc.
- Daily tasks to accelerate the processing of some requests
- Input of some key data for the concierge business, track activities etc.
- Handle personal tasks to clear time for our Head of Concierge
- Making travel arrangements for Head of Concierge
- Communicate with venues regarding clients bills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin Communications (Cantonese capability is desired but not mandatory)
- Flexible to be based in HK or Shenzhen, but need to be commuting to both locations frequently
- High mobility (Some tasks are happening out of office)
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Detail-oriented and required absolute accuracy on data-entry
