- Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training
- At least 5 years’ working experience as a secretary/personal assistant to Senior Executive in luxury brands
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
- Self motivated, independent and responsible
- Able to perform multi-task work
- Perform full spectrum of professional secretarial support to CEO Asia Pacific.
- Manage schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments as well as travel itineraries
- Prepare and follow up reimbursement claims
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Coordinate with overseas offices and external parties
- Prepare reports, correspondence, agenda, minutes and presentation materials
- Any ad hoc projects assigned by management
