Department of Management
The Department of Management of School of Business is seeking a self-motivated and responsible individual with good interpersonal and IT skills to fill the position of Executive Assistant.
The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including: (a) organising activities and events such as workshops, forums and seminars; (b) programme marketing; (c) programme administration; (d) alumni services and social activities; and (e) administering departmental website, internal database and social media platforms. The appointee is required to work in evenings and weekends on a need basis.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with preferably two years of post-qualification experience. They should possess relevant experience in event management, website maintenance and alumni services. Good knowledge in computer applications, video editing, web and graphic design, and webpage maintenance including HTML coding, CSS, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua, are preferred.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
