SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE
The appointee is expected to support the Clinical Division in performing a wide spectrum of administrative work. Duties include providing daily administration support, liaising with internal and external parties, servicing working groups and committees, performing secretarial duties for the Director of Division, and performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a recognised degree with some relevant work experience and good command of both written and spoken English as well as Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua). A mature and independent personality with strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills is preferred. Ability to work under tight schedule is essential. Sound knowledge in the field of Chinese medicine is highly desirable.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
