Job Purpose

To provide professional and diversified executive support to CEO, who is also the Regional BU and Sales Head.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of high quality support to CEO in all business activities
  • To manage CEO the intensive business travel schedule including to prepare travel itineraries
  • Keep CEO’s appointment / traveling schedules up-to-date and share the details within the Company and related parties wherever necessary
  • Maintain CEO’s daily appointment by planning
  • Arrange and schedule monthly Executive Committee Meetings, Monthly Management Executive Meetings and Annual General Meeting or other related external and management meetings
  • Communicate frequently and proactively to ensure key project progresses are on track
  • Attend meetings and prepare presentation materials including agenda, minutes and reports, follow up and check the status of all the action items as required
  • Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, both incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls
  • Assist to draft various English business correspondences in a professional manner, handle other confidential and professional documents as instructed
  • Assists in issuance of Company notice/ circular whenever necessary
  • Provide logistics coordination support on corporate events
  • Perform miscellaneous assignments and handle ad-hoc project as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior management with triple roles
  • Minimum 5 years' of experience in serving senior executive, prior working experience in multi-national companies is highly preferred
  • Able to perform multi-tasking and prompt and accurate responses
  • Able to prioritize work in a changing and pressurized enviornment
  • With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be to work within an international and dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response
  • An independent individual who takes initiative, is resourceful and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Presentable, polite, confident and attention to details
  • Good working attitude and high work commitment
  • Excellent language skills of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including WORDS, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
