Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Director.
  • Responsible for a full range of secretarial duties and all business related matters including project management & general coordination.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal or external parties.
  • Assist in administrative and marketing duties.
  • Organize and coordinate events, including meetings, seminars and other activities.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Presentable, flexible, stable and detail-minded.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
