About the Role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager International, this Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative support including diary management, responding to queries, travel arrangements, reporting, document preparation / project support, and event coordination both internally and externally. The role also supports facilities management for the Hong Kong office, member queries, phone campaign support, and managing sponsorship enquiries
