• Provide secretarial supports to CFO, including documents preparation, correspondences, minutes, calendar management, schedule meetings and coordinate events, travel itinerary and hotel arrangement Analyze information and research data in a financial perspective

• Act as a focal point with other regional offices in APAC

• Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments as required


• University graduated major in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines  

• A minimum 3 years' relevant experiences 

• Good knowledge of accounting and demonstrated ability in financial statement analysis; demonstrated research and analytical capabilities

• Independent personality with strong communication skills, well organized, attentive to detail and multi-tasking

• High proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
