Responsibilities

  • To assist in the planning of digital marketing strategies based on the market trend and insight from the performance analysis of assets
  • To manage the development and execution of digital marketing projects including web/ mobile applications development, online promotional campaigns, mobile and web marketing, and other new digital technology programs
  • To oversee the update of mobile and web content and work with IT for the enhancement of related platforms in order to ensure an efficient delivery of updated information across different channels
  • To prepare report for the performance targets of DiscoverHongKong.com, various mobile applications, and other digital assets if necessary; and provide insights and suggestions for continual improvements and optimizations
  • To conduct research on the latest digital trend and prepare digital analysis and market intelligence
  • To utilize the analytic tools and platforms (e.g. webtrend, Google Analytics, Double Click & Adobe Analytics) to extract data and conduct analysis
  • To co-operate with agencies and in-house production unit to develop and implement agreed marketing initiatives for promoting Hong Kong as a premier travel destination
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate or equivalent, preferably in digital and interactive communication, e-Marketing, Marketing Communications, Computer Science, Tourism or Business Administration
  • At least 4 years of marketing related experience, with 2 years solid experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with project management of web/ mobile marketing and other digital-related marketing communication campaigns
  • Strong background and interest in digital and interactive products
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in executing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns, website performance, applications development and maintenance
  • Hands on experience in conducting data research and analysis
  • Experienced in analytics tool and tag management (e.g. webtrend, Google Analytics, Double Click & Adobe Analytics) would be an advantage
  • Good team player with solid interpersonal and project management skill to deal with both internal parties and external partners
  • Capable to handle multi-tasks and work independent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-minded, energetic, proactive, creative and able to meet tight timeline
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
