The Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders listed in the section below on key and strategic activities within the project plan to facilitate and enable the delivery of project outcomes.
  • Manage project timeline according to the project schedule.
  • Provide regular project status update to stakeholders and to report risks and issues.

Key Stakeholders

HK RB Operations / COO Functions

  • To work with respective Client Journey and GBS teams, plan and execute the relocation programme of respective operations teams in HK and TJ to the targeted location under Project Pearl and to ensure:
  • Smooth and seamless relocation maximising the economic benefits of the move with minimal or zero client impact.
  • Productivity and client experience enhancement opportunities in the teams or cross different teams involved, are identified and the improvement initiatives are implemented and tracked before or after the relocation.

HK RB Contact Centre

  • To study, plan and execute the potential move of HK Contact Centre under Project Pearl and to ensure:
  • Smooth and seamless relocation maximising the economic benefits of the move with minimal or zero client impact.
  • Productivity and client experience enhancement opportunities in Contact Centre are identified and initiatives are implemented before or after the relocation.
  • Work with RB China team and to conduct a location study about China Contact Centre, plan and support the execution of the move of China SZ Contact Centre, if required.

Other RB Units in HK & China

  • To work with respective RB units, identify opportunities for FTE relocation under Project Pearl, plan and execute the relocation programme accordingly.
