Executive / Executive Assistant, Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support to HR functions including recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Support the recruitment processes including job posting, profile screening, interview arrangement, reference checking, preparation of on-boarding documents and logistics arrangement, etc.
  • Assist in designing, coordinating and organizing various L&D training and staff wellness program
  • Manage and upkeep the L&D database, training records and day-to-day administration in an efficient manner
  • Manage and update HR and L&D internal online communication platforms
  • Assist in the compilation of monthly dashboard, reports, statistics analysis and ISO documents
  • Perform other general administration and ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration would be an advantage
  • 2 years' of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in L&D areas and passionate about people development 
  • A positive team player with strong sense of integrity & responsibility, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Proactive, well-organized with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
