Executive Housekeeper

  1. Manage all facets of the Hotel's housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain the cleanliness and service quality according to the Hotel standards and ensure guest satisfaction. 
  2. Maintain departmental staff resources, control expendable supply cost and uplift service standards.
  3. Monitor the work performance of outside contractor closely.
  4. Maintain good communication and work relationships with all departments.
  5. Maintain a reasonable stock level and order supplies and equipments in an effecient and timely basis to minimize wastage.
  6. Provide on-going proper trainings for all new and existing staff.


  1. Bachelor Degree / High Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years relevant experience with 4 years in supervisory level in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
  3. Demonstrate ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties.
  4. Good problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizing and training abilities.
  5. Strong leadership skill in managing teams.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Willing to go the extra mile and has a real passion in hospitality industries.
