Executive Manager / Assistant Manage - Staff Engagement (Recruitment) (Ref: SSO/SE/EM/CT)

  • Lead a team to provide effective HR support services, including recruitment, on/off boarding, human resources operations, employee relations, performance management, and managing disciplinary and complaint issues
  • Effective engagement with staff at all levels to provide quality HR services.
  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in managerial position, NGO experience is an advantage;
  • Be flexible and proactive to implement regular reviews of HR related processes/procedures to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization.
  • Conversant with the Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese, as well as MS office
  • Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of Haven of Hope Christian Service
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager.
