Executive Manager - Communications and Resource Development (Ref: SSO/CRD/EM/CT)

  • Assist the Head of Corporate Communications in developing branding and public relations strategy
  • Develop PR, Media engagement strategies and key messages to build the Organization brand equities
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the team, including corporate communication and branding related campaign, publications, event planning, implementation and evaluations
  • Lead and inspire the team to create initiatives that build the brand
  • Maintain a close relationship with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide support on crisis management and emergency operations
  • Responsible for planning and implanting internal and external publications


  • University degree holder, preferable in Communications, Marketing, PR or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience with 3 years at supervisory role, experience in working with Advertising/ PR agency / NGO is preferred
  • Experience in handling advertising, public relations project and events
  • Strong project management skills and attention to details
  • A good storyteller with excellent communication and language skills
  • With a creative and analytical mind, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, good leadership, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure
  • Well versed with different stakeholders
  • Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of Haven of Hope Christian Service
