Executive Officer (HR&Admin.)



l   Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;

l   3 years working experience in Human Resources Management and office administration;

l   Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations;

l   Strong analytical thinking and conflict resolution skills;

l   Responsible, detail-oriented, with positive working attitude and a good team player;

l   Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;

l   Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;

l   Proficiency in MS Office.


Job Duties:

l   To provide a wide range of Human Resources services including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Training & Development;

l   To provide professional HR advice to department heads on staff issues;

l   To review HR policy and HR related practices;

l   To oversee office administration and property maintenance;

l   To monitor the procurement of office supplies;

l   To prepare the departmental plans and budgets;

l   To provide secretarial support for committees;

l   To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
