Executive Officer (HR & Admin.)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;
  • 3 years working experience in Human Resources Management and Office Administration;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislation;
  • Strong analytical thinking and conflict resolution skills;
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, with positive working attitude and a good team player;
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Duties:

  • To provide a wide range of Human Resources services including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Training & Development;
  • To provide professional HR advice to department heads on staff issues;
  • To review HR policy and HR related practices;
  • To oversee office administration and property maintenance;
  • To monitor the procurement of office supplies;
  • To prepare the departmental plans and budgets;
  • To provide secretarial support for committees;
  • To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
