Executive Officer II

  • Provide administrative and executive support and maintain the smooth operations of Health Information & Records Department
  • Maintain confidentiality and standardization of information and record against misuse of personal data
  • Enhance and improve the overall operation with inter and intra department partners in the area of release of information
  • Liaise with other departments in implementation and monitoring of corporate record management project
  • Extract and manage the data from hospital information system for preparing statistical report, service review and key performance indicator
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and managing departmental projects for continuous quality improvement
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors


  • Degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, Public Health or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ related experience in information and record management or nursing administration

Preferable Attributes:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to organise multiple tasks and deliver quality work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proven solid experience in healthcare administration
