Duties: The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative support to the School Dean and the Department including resource allocation, budget planning, procurement and staff matters. He/she will also support academic programme operations; coordinating clinical practicum; organize activities including workshops, seminars, meetings and other events; provide secretarial service to Committees; and maintain the office’s information and record management systems.
Requirements: Applicants should have a recognized Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in administration and office management preferably gained in tertiary education sector (Master degree with some experience) ; literacy in computer applications, knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and Chinese word processing would be an advantage; proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good problem-solving, organizational and communication skills; knowledge in clinical setting (experience in coordinating clinical practicum would be an advantage) and the ability to work independently. They should also be self-motivated, proactive and multi-tasking.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
