Requirements:
a) obtain a recognized university degree, preferably in Management or related subjects;
b) be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably with fluent Putonghua);
c) possess good communication and coordination skills;
d) discharge day-to-day office administrative duties with demonstrated organizing ability;
e) communicate effectively with relevant internal and external parties;
f) perform multi-tasks efficiently; and
g) preferably have working experience in tertiary institutions.
[Candidates with sub-degree qualifications (e.g. Higher Diploma or Professional Diploma) or with less experience can be considered for the post of Executive Assistant]
Responsibilities:
a) Assist the relevant Head of Department / School in running daily operations such as academic- and student-related matters, programme management, etc;
b) Support in organizing activities, for instance, for programme marketing, student recruitment, where applicable, and handling incoming and outgoing documents with relevant internal and external parties;
c) Liaise with the College’s internal as well as external stakeholders in support of the College’s overall development;
d) Provide logistic assistance for committee meetings, including minutes writing;
e) Perform shift duties as and when required; and
f) Discharge other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Terms of Appointment:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment would normally be offered on a two-year contract basis with a possibility for renewal. Medical benefits and annual leave will be provided.
