The School of Business is looking for a high caliber individual to support the research degree programmes (MPhil/PhD). The appointee will be responsible for all aspects of the programme administration and operation. Major duties are to handle the marketing and admission process, coordinate with teaching faculty on course delivery, manage student matters and activities, execute quality assurance schemes, liaise with external partners and organisations, serve committees and perform any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above with at least three years of relevant work experience in tertiary education sector. The ideal candidate should have a problem-solving mindset, outgoing personality, ability to work independently, attention to details, strong ability to manage multi tasks and meet deadlines. He/She should be a good team player and possess good interpersonal and communication skills, good presentation as well as co-ordination skills. The appointee should also have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
