Principal Responsibilities

  • Identifying and recruiting prospective senior management and executive level candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match cultural fit and compatibility
  • Conducting confidential interviews checking references

Job Brief

  • To sourced candidates for highly specialized senior positions. The successful executive recruiter will be able to attract first rate talent and to ensure lasting successful placements. The goal is to exceed internal client expectations and to add value to our business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal clients, principally the CEO, C-Suite executives and the Head of HR, to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
  • Device and carrying out a targeted research strategy
  • Research into candidate source companies, competitors and the broad marketplace
  • Map out role criteria, define position description and document specifications
  • Track and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow up references and undertake risk checks
  • Present its shortlist its candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to to its completion
  • Follow up assists with the candidates transition and on-boarding process
  • Network and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Know your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function)
  • Research and develop recruiting leads

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in recruiting
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
  • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Previous experience with candidates using tools and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
  • Client-focused along with the relationship building skills
  • Business acumen and market insight
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills enter
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong insight into human behaviour, senior and executive management skills and the ability to accurately read and judge personality objectively.
