  • Provide support to manage overall stock levels and merchandise assortment in stores, stocks planning and allocation
  • Set and manage model stocks for HK market, manage replenishment and data integrity to meet sales objectives, merchandise assortment and newness in stores
  • Set and manage budgets for sales, margin and inventory levels for HK market, identify selling ranges and products, and provide analysis for Merchandise and Retail teams for business campaigns
  • Coordinate and liaise with Merchandising and Logistics teams for shipment schedule and order
  • With support from merchandising, plan and monitor retail markdowns & closeouts through outlets to achieve profitability and margin protection
  • Work closely with Retail Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure product promotion and stock availability to support business campaigns


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in buying, merchandising / retail planning
  • Experience in fashion, footwear, apparel / accessories is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Passionate, positive and team player
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
