No airline cares for customers like Virgin Atlantic As a Sales Executive you will be a crucial part of

our Hong Kong Sales Team. Through below key role, our sales executive needs to support the delivery of revenue targets from a designated account portfolio: , including but not limited to

  1. Servicing support to a designated portfolio of accounts
  2. Collect market intelligence, market feedback and revenue opportunities from trade and direct customers
  3. Administrative support to the account manager (e.g. contract preparation, fare filing, presentations, performance reports etc.)
  4. Customer relations issues
  5. Trade servicing of offline markets


Excellent English, and proficiency in Excel and Powerpointare  essential, as is a pioneering spirit that oozes confidence and energy. If you’vehad previous airline sales experience, are confident representing your employer, and love to bring

Qualifications / Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years sales or customer experience in a related field
  • Current experience and knowledge of travel trade distribution essential
  • Experience of handling external suppliers and service providers
  • Experience of handling passenger interactions
  • Experience and knowledge of the Travel Trade and Corporate sector essential
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills a must
  • Computer Knowledge, i.e. Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be adaptable and a strong team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Must be prepared to work after hours and weekends when needed
  • Occasional local, Regional and International travel required
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both spoken and written
