Executive Secretary (Fixed-Term Contract)

This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing all-rounded secretarial and assistant function to the Deputy Director, Construction, including but not limited to managing daily appointments, calendar, travel itinerary and meetings, and preparing business correspondence
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal/external parties; ensure the smooth running of the Deputy Director’s office
  • Handling enquiries and information requests in an efficient and tactful manner
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above with formal secretarial training
  • At least 10 years’ working experience in serving senior management
  • Excellent team player with strong coordination, planning and organization skills. Attentive to details and self-motivated with ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high level of integrity. Sensitive to critical business and social issues
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software tools
