Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 290 branches and automated banking centres, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products ot our valued customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Executive Secretary.


Principal responsibilities:

  • Provide general secretarial and adminstrative support to the Head of Retail Distribution, Wealth & Personal Banking 
  • Provide regular up-to-date information/ sales reports to Head of Retail Distribution
  • Assist in conducting qualitative and quantitative research and co-ordinate with different units of the division/ department including both internal and external parties
  • Receive, handle, answer or transfer telephone calls and messages accurately, promptly and courteously
  • Ensure all control measures are in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and the code of conduct from regulatory bodies


  • Secondary School or above qualification
  • At least 3-year relevant secretarial experience ideally gained from the banking sector
  • Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation and able to work independently with minimum supervisory
  • Strong multi-tasking skill with the ability to remain calm and meet tight deadline under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
