Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible to supervise the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs.
  • To oversee cooking, preparation, and presentation to ensure the highest quality and desired levels of production at all times.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or above
  • Minimum of 10 year's relevant working experience
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
