Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Banquet Kitchen in creating new products and dishes, menu planning, costing, production and managing
  • Maintain good standards of food quality and preparation
  • Provide training and coach the teammates to follow the proper procedures
  • Maintain high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and keep equipment in proper condition
  • Provide ad hoc support as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in culinary management or related field of discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years related experience in food & beverage, hotel experience is a plus
  • Well organized, self-motivated, innovative, good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
