The Executive Sous Chef for Fukuro of Black Sheep Restaurants is responsible for overseeing the kitchen and will work directly under the Executive Chef, Head Chef and Cofounders and rotate between outlets as needed. He/she should have prior experience and knowledge with Japanese cooking techniques and a firm understanding of Izakaya cuisine.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining high quality and consistency for all food, menu and recipe development, staff hiring and training.
Experience in Staff Training and menu creating
