Executive - Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Analyze the customer’s historical gaming performance and the overall customer database to prepare the quarterly call list for the VIP and Mass segments and to evaluate the fairness of the allocation
  • Assign new and existing members to the appropriate sales executives for each campaign and events entitlement to maximize the effectiveness of the sales teams
  • Handle all basic administrative functions for the CRM system including account maintenance, reports and dashboards, regular listing uploads and other routine tasks
  • Work closely with the sales teams and business solutions team to improve processes and workflows, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions
  • Design, develop and maintain performance visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights for the sales team and senior management
  • Assist with the execution and monitoring of the incentive scheme for the mass business development, inbound and outbound sales teams
  • Support the Mass Business Development and Membership Marketing Services team with revenue, cost and customer analysis for the mass segment
  • Perform other administrative duties and regular reports when required


  • Degree holder in finance, statistics, database management or related disciplines
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and a self-motivated team player
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with working in a dynamic environment
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.  Knowledge of database systems, CRM,  Tableau ,BI tools and SAS is an advantage
