Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team of IT support staff to solve the helpdesk issue from shops and office
  • Coordinate with users to determine task priority and urgency
  • Develop policies, procedures and documentation for peers and users
  • Bring in new products and services that could improve the effectiveness and efficiency of help desk operation (such as IM, Enterprise Social Network, mobile app, etc.)
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information System or other related discipline
  • 5 years relateds experience in helpdesk and end user support
  • Familiar with help desk policy, standards and procedures
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
