• Ensure smooth and effective rundown of the event
• Answer guests enquires
• Assist in setting up the meeting room with materials
• Facilitate registration process for client attendees
• Support ad hoc tasks assigned
• Good customer service manner
• Experience in Customer Service / Event Helper is an ADVANTAGE
• Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Presentable, good Team player and detail minded
Remarks: There will be a face-to-face interview in March
Salary: $60/hour or above
