  • Provide full life cycle management of all higher tier support and troubleshooting
  • Update and manage of all escalated tickets in accordance with local, regional and global Customer Services standards and processes
  • Manage IT equipment (Blackberry, Apple, VoIP, Smartphones/loan laptop pool/ VC devices) with associated procedures
  • Manage application roll-out and administration using SCCM and Ghost
  • Effectively and proactively identify and communicate operations and business risks to appropriate levels of IT and management
  • Provide support on-call support an overtime basis as part of a rotational schedule to support the needs of the business
  • Handle regional local office IT support


  • Associates Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • 2-4 years or above relevant experience in legal services environment
  • Strong desktop, laptop, IP phone system and printer hardware support and maintenance knowledge
  • Professional Certification (e.g. MCSDT qualification or A+) is preferred
  • Knowledge of the ITIL
  • Knowledge of latest Windows system and all related problems with OS and registries, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (2007 - 2016)
  • Experience in Active Directory role, Exchange, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN as it relates to desktop support activities
  • Knowledge of document management systems and e-filing processes
  • Outstanding English and spoken Mandarin levels
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong organization and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
