Export Customer Service (Shipping Operation) (Hong Kong, Kowloon Bay)

You are responsible to provide quality service for customer retention and support on shipping operations and documentations for seafreight export areas according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

We are looking for self-motivated individual who is driving for excellence and willing to take up challenges to join us.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Handle seafreight export operations and ensure the accuracy of system data quality
  • Perform financial administration tasks including profit sharing with overseas stations
  • Provide quality service for operational excellence and customer retention
  • Coordinate with customers closely and provide corrective action for problem resolution
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of loading and export clearance tasks
  • Implement and follow customer Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Your skills and experience

  • F.6 or above in Business/ Supply Chain related disciplines
  • With relevant experience in seafreight operation and customer service in freight forwarding company, or fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized
  • Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
