Facilities Assistant (Shift duty)

Job role

  • general clerical & logistics support to the facilites team;
  • set up meeting and multi-purpose rooms, maintenance of idiness in meeting incl. desks & chairs set up, board cleaning ..etc;
  • follow up repairing, installation and relocation of furnitur & workplace;
  • inventory control (surgical mask, hand sanitizer machines, printed materials)
  • support minor work, regular meeting room inspection and co-ordination of events...etc.

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma, over 3 years logistics support in multinational company;
  • pc knowledge, willing to work overtime if necessary
  • shift duty MUST
