Facilities Assistant


Your tasks and responsibilities:
Proactively monitor general office fittings and internal facilities including air-conditioning system, electricity, fire extinguishing system, building work etc.
Answer enquiries about facility management, resolve issues and escalate if required
Monitor office housekeeping and maintenance, and assist in internal moves and furniture setup
Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors on site
Handle courier orders or special deliveries

Your skills and experience:
Preferably secondary school graduates
About 2 years of facility management / office administration experience
Some knowledge in Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Occasionally working beyond office hours is required Good reasons to join
