(1) Front of House Coverage

  • Interim / all day coverage at FOH desk subject to FOH team's need / event support, e.g. lunch break, time-off and absence from desk, assistance to clients
  • Daily check of seminar classes and client events - prepare guest badges for group arrival prior to their arrival / building cards for visitors
  • Daily check of tickets and assist to raise tickets based on desk preparation / move / user's requests and follow up with outstanding items
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks requested by FOH team, e.g., prepare suspension notice upon washroom drain blockage and coordinate with handymen for cordon-off

(2) Facilities Site Management Support

  • Perform site walk on a regular basis and report to FSM if found any problem
  • Prepare signage for weekend vendor work / event / special projects
  • Regular check of FSM's ticket queue - follow up with actioning items, outstanding issues
  • Daily check, update and prepare for upcoming desk moves, e.g. visitor desk assignment nameplate
  • Review monthly statement on utilities / standard service / purchase from BMO
  • Keep track of stock inventory for feminine hygiene supplies and mother's room supplies and update spreadsheet
  • Submit additional aircon supply form to Taipei BMO on quarterly basis
  • Summarize recycle product collection once a quarter


  • Degree hold in Facility / Property / Estate Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 year’s relevant Facility Management / Customer Services experience
  • Experience in financial environment and critical facilities operations preferred
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
  • Pleasant, responsible and detail-oriented
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua /Mandarin
