Facilities Maintenance Supervisor / Assistant Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for directing works and supervising the maintenance activities of the fitness center. Including but not limiting to the following scope of work: 
    • Repair and installation of builder’s work (e.g. wall paint, carpentry, joinery, lockers and door locks, flooring system or other minor touch up works).
    • Water supply, plumbing and drainage installation and maintenance, hot water systems & boilers.
    • Power system, extra-low voltage equipment and home appliances, fire services system.
    • Air conditioning, condensing units and ventilation systems.
    • General fitness equipment.
  • Plan and organize daily repair and maintenance activities and programs.
  • Perform site inspection / feasibility studies / condition survey on building fabrics and the club facilities and to monitor the progress of maintenance work and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide technical support, on-site coordination supervision and provide emergency repairs for the clubs’ equipment and building systems where necessary.
  • Supervisor and assist junior technicians and provide technical advice.
  • Monitor the contractors’ installation and maintenance work, and provide technical advice where needed.
  • Prepare technical inspection reports and correspondence documents.
  • Prepare analysis and preliminary work scope pertaining to Minor Works and A&A Works for budget planning purposes.
  • Assist in the tender procedure and perform contract management.
  • Manage and administer all statutory procedures of Minor Works, Repair Works in cooperation with the club operation teams, consultants and contractors.
  • Report project progress and write minutes of meetings to the senior management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements: 

  • Possess experience in building facilities repair / maintenance.
  • At least 5 years’ supervisory experience in the technical aspect of property/ facilities management company, maintenance contractor or relevant job exposure covering the Residential, Commercial or Hotel or Recreation Clubs industries.
  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines from Hong Kong recognized institutions or equivalent.
  • Familiar with maintenance term contractor contract and relevant administration work.
  • Familiar with central air conditioning and ventilation systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD skill is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in both Cantonese and written English will be preferred.
  • Candidate with following licenses preferable:
    • Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)
    • Registered Minor Works Contractor / worker
    • Licensed Plumber

  • 與健身中心運營團隊,顧問及承辦商合作,管理小型工程及維修工程的所有法定程序。
  • 報告項目進度,並向管理層撰寫會議記錄。
  • 執行主管分配的其他職責。

要求

  • 具有建築設施維修及保養經驗。
  • 具有5年從事相關工作及管理經驗,如房屋地產、設施管理公司、維修承辦商或從事涉及住宅、商業或酒店或健身行業。
  • 擁有香港認可機構或同等學歷的機械,電氣或屋宇設備工程,設施管理或相關學科的高級文憑/高級證書。
  • 熟悉有關承辦商合約及相關管理工作。
  • 熟悉中央空調及通風系統。
  • 精通MS Office及AutoCAD技能優先。
  • 良好粵語和書面英語的溝通能力。
  • 具有以下許可證的候選人優先:
    • 註冊電業工程人員(A級)
    • 註冊小型工程承建商(個人)
