Facilities Management Officer

Our client is a global logistics company, that is looking for a candidate to join their team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to Facilities Management Manager, you will be responsible to provide administrative and clerical support to the team.


  • Maintain records, databases and documentation for facilities services and repair & maintenance tasks
  • Updated building certificates and service contracts
  • Process invoices and prepare payments
  • Maintain inventory and process purchase of facilities management materials
  • Work with colleagues and vendors on preparation of reports, budgets, specifications, drawings, tenders, contracts, assessments, etc.
  • Assist to plan, schedule, coordinate and implement repair & maintenance work and renovation projects
  • Support the team to handle audit and monitor the reporting / response / implementation / rectification work completion
  • Conduct on-site monitoring and ensure technician and contractor works are carried out in a safe and quality manner and meet the scheduled progress
  • Handle emergency incidents and provide effective solutions
  • Provide recommendations and supports for continuous improvement


  • High Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Property Management or related disciplines
  • Relevant professional qualification is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in facilities management/ building maintenance/ renovation projects
  • Knowledge of logistics or real estate industries will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and AutoCAD
  • Willing to work at different company facilities and locations
